January 16, 2004 After returning from the Washington trip, we had a day off. Since I hadn't planned anything for the day and my family was still returning from Washington, I decided to lay on the couch and watch movies all day. After the day of rest, we would have two days of practice to prepare for Arizona. For the first day, we had practice from 9-12 and film at 8:30. The next day we had practice from 12-3. When I went home after practice, my brother, John, and sister, Heather, were there. We decided to go shopping. I went to Best Buy. After looking around I saw something that I just had to have. It was Dance Dance Revolution for PS2. Along with the game, I had to buy the dance pad. When I got home, I set it up and started to play. After about five minutes of jumping around, I heard loud banging on my door. I was too scared to open the door (should we just act like no one was home). I looked through the peep hole and saw my neighbor who lived in the apartment below. I had to think quick. If I made Heather answer the door, she would probably just stare at my neighbor and make her even angrier. So I made John open the door and take the blame for jumping around. I told him to tell her that he was doing aerobics and that he didn't realize how loud it was. After about five minutes of being yelled at, John apologized and she left. My brother is so gullible. He would do anything I told him to. On Thursday, we had shoot around from 2-3, then a pre-game meal from 3-30. I then had to be on the court by 5:50. On Friday, we had practice from 1-3. We also watched film before practice. On Saturday, we had shoot around from 9-10, pre-game meal from 10-10:30. We then had to be on the court by 12:50. After the game, I went to Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco with my family. My aunt had come from Nevada and two of her friends wanted to try the clam chowder. After we ate dinner, we went walking around the shops. We decided to go in to a massage parlor. While inside my family had decided to buy me a water massage for 15 minutes. For an extra $5, my brother, John, tried the oxygen bar. I couldn't believe how great the massage was. While I was in the massaging machine, and my brother was hooked up to the oxygen bar, my family decided to play a prank on us by leaving us there. In the 15 minutes we were there, they decided to hide from us. Since my brother and I had no way of getting back home or no idea where they went, we decided to walk back to the parking garage and see if they really left. When we got back to the parking garage, the car we came in wasn't there. Apparently, my family really had left. My brother and I just looked at each other and decided to walk to the trolley and go to the BART station. About 15 minutes later, I received a call from my brother. He asked us where we were and told us he would come pick us up. He told us my dad made him do it. On Sunday, we had the day off and I decided to stay home and watch movies. The following day, Monday, we lifted weights and watched film. We began preparing for the next game against Stanford.
