After spending two years as assistant
athletic director for corporate development at Cal, Solly took over the
GM position of the new ISP team for the Golden Bears, where he is
responsible for the overall management and growth of the property.
Solly has worked in college athletics since 1996 with most of his
experience coming in external affairs and marketing. He is a graduate
of the University of Oregon with a Masters from Sacramento State,
and is believed to be ISP's only "home grown" Alaskan (born and raised
in Kodiak, AK).
Damon's tenure with ISP began in February 2006 when
he started as the Associate GM for the Cal property. He was promoted to
Senior Assoc. GM in February, 2007. In this role, Damon is responsible for all
aspects of corporate sales, fulfillment and various operational duties. Damon
previously served as the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs at
Portland State University for two years before joining ISP. He also previously
worked at Sacramento State as the Director of Athletic
Marketing & Promotions. Damon received his Bachelors of Art in Communication
from University of California, Santa Barbara and his Masters in Athletic
Administration from Saint Mary's College.
John joined ISP in February 2008 as the Associate General Manager of the
Cal ISP Sports Network. He brings with him over nine years of sales
experience in a corporate setting. Prior to joining ISP, John worked for
several Bay Area businesses such as The CoStar Group, the San Francisco
49ers, the Golden State Warriors and Stanford CBS Sports Properties.
This experience provided John with Detailed knowledge of the Bay Area
business environment. John earned a B.A. in English with a minor in
Religious Studies from Wabash College.
Erin is responsible for the sales and
service of advertising and sponsorship accounts for Cal . She first joined the
ISP Sports team in July of 2005 as a Marketing Services Assistant. In that role,
she was involved with the daily coordination and generation of sales efforts
with ISP partner schools in the Big East Conference and the Southeastern
Conference. Erin is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in
Sports Marketing and a minor in Spanish.
